摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮地顶孢霉培养物(ATC)添加水平对山羊生长性能及血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选择36只2.5月龄左右、体重[(10.00±0.28) kg]接近和健康状况良好的湘东黑山羊,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复3只(公羊2只,母羊1只)。各组山羊分别饲喂ATC添加水平为0(对照组)、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%(干物质基础)的试验饲粮。预试期10 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)0.5%组、1.0%组和2.0%组的末重和平均日增重在数值上优于对照组,但各组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05);0.5%组的平均日采食量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)1.0%组和2.0%组的血清总蛋白含量显著高于对照组和0.5%组(P<0.05);0.5%组、1.0%组和2.0%组的血清总胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)2.0%组的血清白细胞介素-1含量显著低于对照组、0.5%组和1.0%组(P<0.05),0.5%组、1.0%组和2.0%组的血清白细胞介素-4含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.5%组、1.0%组和2.0%组的血清白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。4)1.0%组的血清丙二醛含量显著低于对照组、0.5%组和2.0%组(P<0.05),0.5%组、1.0%组和2.0%组的血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加ATC有利于改善湘东黑山羊的生长性能,促进机体脂质代谢和蛋白质吸收,提高抗氧化能力。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Acremonium Terricola culture(ATC)supplemental level on growth performance and serum biochemical,immune and antioxidant indexes of goats. Thirty-six about 2. 5-month-old healthy Xiangdong black goats with similar body weight[(10. 00 ±0.28)kg]were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 3 goats in each replicate(one male goat and two female goats). Goats in the 4 groups were fed the experimental diets which the ATC supplemental levels were 0(control group),0.50%,1.0% and 2.0%(dry matter basis),respectively. The pre-experiment lasted for 10 days,and the formal experiment lasted for 45 days. The results showed as follows:1)the final weight and average daily gain of 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% groups were numerically superior to the control group,but there were no significant differences among all groups(P>0.05). The average daily feed intake of 0.5% group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05). 2)The serum total protein content of 1.0% and 2.0% groups was significantly higher than that of control group and 0.5% group(P<0.05);the serum total cholesterol content of 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 3)The serum interleukin-1 content of 2.0% group was significantly lower than that of control group and 0.5%,1.0% groups(P<0.05),the serum interleukin-4 content of 0.5%,1.0% and2.0% groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αcontents of 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). 4)The serum malondialdehyde content of 1.0% group was significantly lower than that of control group and 0.5%,2.0% group(P<0.05),and the serum total superoxide dismutase activity of0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,dietary ATC supplementation can improve the growth performance of Xiangdong black goats,promote lipid metabolism and protein absorption,and improve antioxidant capacity.
