摘要
通过DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟楔横轧加工TC4钛合金轴类件,将模拟结果与实验结果对比分析,探究初始温度,轧制速度,断面收缩率对轧件微观组织的影响。结果发现在α+β双相区,轧制促进了动态再结晶的发生,且动态再结晶体积分数随着初始温度和断面收缩率的增大而增大,随着轧制速度的增大而减小;在β单相区,晶粒的平均尺寸随着初始温度的升高而增大,随着轧制速度和断面收缩率的增大而减小。
The DEFORM-3D software was used to simulate the processing of TC4 titanium alloy shafts by cross wedge rolling.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results to explore the effects of initial temperature,rolling speed,and area reduction on the microstructure.The results show that in theα+βphase region,rolling promotes the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization,and the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization increases with the increase of initial temperature and area reduction,and decreases with the increase of rolling speed.In theβphase region,the average grain size increases with the increase of the initial temperature,and decreases with the increase of the rolling speed and the reduction of area.
