摘要
纳米尺寸金属-有机框架材料(Nanoscale Metal-Organic Frameworks,NMOFs)具有传统MOFs的高孔隙率、规整性和纳米材料的特殊纳米效应,是一种理想的纳米药物载体材料。与传统纳米药物载体相比,NMOFs具有丰富的药物结合方法,呈现了多种药物负载模式,可以满足各种特殊药物的需求,也可以通过引入功能性基团来优化NMOFs性能。近年来,许多研究对多功能化NMOFs应用于药物递送领域进行了报道,并实现了刺激响应性的可控药物释放。本文主要综述了NMOFs材料作为药物载体负载抗癌药物、核酸和蛋白质的应用进展。最后,本文对其面临的挑战和前景进行了讨论,为NMOFs作为高效药物传递系统的未来发展提供了背景。
Nanoscale metal-organic frameworks(NMOFs)not only maintain the high porosity and regularity of traditional MOFs,but also have the special nano-effect of nano-materials,which is an ideal nano-drug carrier material.Compared with the traditional nano-drug carriers,NMOFs has rich drug binding methods,showing a variety of drug loading modes,which can meet the needs of various special drugs,and can also optimize the performance of NMOFs by introducing functional groups.In recent years,many studies have reported the application of multifunctional NMOFs in the field of drug delivery,and achieved stimulation responsive controlled drug release.In this paper,the application progress of NMOFs as drug carriers for anticancer drugs,nucleic acids and proteins were reviewed.Finally,the challenges and prospects of NMOFs are discussed,which provides a background for the future development of NMOFs as an efficient drug delivery system.
