某燃气公司集输站噪声超标原因分析及治理

Cause analysis and treatment of noise exceeding standard in gas gathering station of a gas company

摘要 目的 通过研究调查某燃气公司集输站运行过程中产生噪声的原因,明确该燃气公司集输站汇管区和调压区噪声强度,分析其超标原因及对劳动者健康的影响,提出高噪声作业场所治理方法,以减少急性职业病危害事故的发生。方法 依据国家相关标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平,对运行期间作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果 该燃气公司集输站汇管区整改前作业人员接触噪声L;为96.8 dB(A),作业场所定点最高噪声强度112.3 dB(A);整改后作业人员接触噪声L;为82.3 dB(A),作业场所定点最高噪声强度86.3 dB(A)。结论 该燃气公司应减少汇管区管道弯头数量,并将汇管区管道和调压区设备进行包覆吸声材料,可有效降低现场噪声强度。 Objective By analyzing the causes of noise generated during the operation of gas gathering stations in a gas company, the noise intensity in the manifold area and pressure regulating area of a gas gathering station is determined, the causes of noise intensity and its impact on the health of workers are analyzed and the treatment methods of high-noise workplaces are put forward in order to reduce the occurrence of acute occupational-disease-inductive accidents.Methods In accordance with the relevant national standards, data and information were collected by means of occupational health field investigation, occupational hygiene examination, occupational health examination and checklist analysis;the exposure level of occupational hazards and the influence of occupational health were evaluated with the consideration of occupational disease protection facilities and individual occupational disease protection level. Results Before the rectification of the gathering and transmission station manifold area of a gas company, the exposure noise intensity of the operators was L;=96.8 dB;Maximum noise intensity at fixed point in the workplace was 112.3 dB;After the rectification of the gathering and transmission station manifold area of a gas company, the exposure noise intensity of the operators was L;=82.3 dB;Maximum noise intensity at fixed point in the workplace was 86.3 dB.Conclusion The noise intensity at the site can be effectively reduced by reducing the number of elbows in the manifold area and coating the pipeline in the manifold area and the equipment in the pressure regulating area with sound-absorbing materials.
