摘要
文章研究确定了用氟硅酸钾容量法测定碱熔分解改性三聚磷酸铝试样中二氧化硅含量的方法。该方法对熔剂、器皿、酸、氯化钾、沉淀时间、温度以及过滤介质等条件进行优化,实现快速测定改性三聚磷酸铝中二氧化硅含量。通过测定AP-12、AP-20和高岭土标准样品,测定结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)分别为1.01%、0.54%和0.33%,标准样品结果与标准值相符。该方法适用于改性颜料中二氧化硅含量的测定,快捷高效,成本低,满足大规模生产品质管控的需求。
In this paper,the potassium fluosilicate volumetric method is used to determine the content of silica in alkali melt decomposition modified aluminum tripolyphosphate samples.The method optimizes the conditions of flux,utensils,acid,potassium chloride,precipitation time,temperature and filter medium,so as to realize the rapid determination of silica content in modified aluminum tripolyphosphate.Through the determination of AP-12,AP-20 and kaolin standard samples,the relative standard deviations(RSD,n = 8) of the determination results are 1.01%,0.54% and 0.33% respectively.The results of the standard samples are consistent with the standard values.The method is suitable for the determination of silica content in modified pigments.It is fast,efficient and low-cost,and meets the needs of mass production quality control.
