摘要
目的探讨颈部血管超声(CVUS)检查在缺血性脑血管疾病(ICVD)诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2018年7月至2020年7月兴安盟人民医院收治的76例ICVD患者作为观察组,另选取同期76例无缺血性脑血管疾病的患者作为对照组。所有观察组患者入院时、对照组患者于体检时均进行了CVUS检查。比较两组患者的临床特征、颈动脉病变检出情况。结果观察组患者颈动脉狭窄的发生率、粥样硬化斑块形成率及颈动脉内膜-中膜增厚的发生率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经CVUS检查,观察组和对照组分别检出斑块456枚、124枚。观察组患者在颈内动脉起始处、颈总动脉主干处及颈总动脉窦处的病变检出率均明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CVUS检查在ICVD的诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值,尤其是在颈动脉狭窄的识别与血流动力学改变的监测方面安全、便捷,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cervical vascular ultrasound(CVUS)in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD).Method A total of 76 ICVD patients admitted to Xing'an Meng People's Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were collected as the observation group,and 76 patients without ICVD in the same period were selected as the control group.The Observation patients were examined by CVUS at admission and the control group at physical examination.The clinical characteristics and carotid artery disease were compared between the two groups.Result The incidence rate of carotid artery stenosis,atherosclerotic plaque formation and carotid intimamedia thickening in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).CVUS showed that 456 plaques and 124 plaques were detected in the observation group and the control group respectively.The detection rate of lesions at the beginning of internal carotid artery,main carotid artery and common carotid sinus in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion CVUS has high application value in the clinical diagnosis of ICVD,especially in the identification of vascular stenosis and monitoring of hemodynamic changes,with high safety and convenience.It is worth popularizing.
