摘要
目的探析针灸推拿配合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫的疗效及对患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法抽选该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的120例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为A组(n=60)与B组(n=60),两组均进行康复训练,A组另加用针灸推拿,比较两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS)、肢体运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数)及症状评分。结果A组患者干预后的CSS评分为(10.2±3.5)分,低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组干预后的上肢运动功能评分为(45.1±3.5)分,下肢为(30.1±3.1)分,均高于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者干预后的Barthel指数为(78.9±5.2)分,高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者干预后的各项症状评分均低于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿配合康复训练可有效改善中风后偏瘫患者的肢体运动能力,加快其神经恢复进程,全面优化患者的日常活动能力,可在临床实践中进一步推广应用。
Objective Analyze the curative effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke and its influence on the motor function of patients'limbs.Methods 120 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study samples,and they were randomly divided into group A(n=60)and group B(n=60).Both groups Rehabilitation training,and acupuncture and massage were added to group A.The neurological deficit score(CSS),limb motor function score,ability of daily living(Barthel index)and symptom score were compared between the groups.Results The CSS score of patients in group A after intervention was(10.2±3.5)points,which was lower than that of group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the motor function score of upper limbs in group A after intervention was(45.1±3.5)points,and the lower limbs gcore was(30.1±3.1)points,which were higher than those of group B(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Barthel index of patients in group A after intervention was(78.9±5.2)points,which was higher than that of group B(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptom scores of patients in goup A after intervention were lower than those of group B(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the motor ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,speed up their nerve recovery process,and fully optimize the patient's daily activity ability.Therefore,it should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
