环己酮精馏酮塔串并联能物耗对比分析

摘要 阐述了对某石化公司环己酮装置精馏工序中两个酮塔串联和并联运行工艺条件的研究,详细说明了两种运行方式下能源和物料的消耗比较。工业应用结果表明:采用双塔并联分离环己酮生产工艺,对二个酮塔负荷进行科学分配,蒸汽消耗由0.8 t/t酮下降至0.69 t/t酮,塔釜含酮均值由23.4%下降至8.2%,酮精馏分离工序X油比例由12.1%降低至8.4%,实际应用效果良好。 The technological conditions of two cyclohexanone towers running in series and parallel in the distillation process of cyclohexanone unit in a petrochemical company are reviewed,and the comparison of energy and material consumption under two operation modes is described in detail.The industrial application results show that by adopting the double tower parallel separation cyclohexanone production process and scientifically distributing the load of the two cyclohexanone towers,the steam consumption decreases from 0.8 t/t to 0.69 t/t,the average cyclohexanone content in the cyclohexanone tower bottom decreases from 23.4%to 8.2%,and the proportion of X oil in the cyclohexanone distillation decreases from 12.1%to 8.4%.The practical application effect is good.
