摘要
笔者针对研究目的,做好前期准备工作,结合协同作业项目的生产实际,对其相关规范和设计进行基础性研究,确定协同的技术路线与方法,统筹资料搜集,按照“内业融合、外业同步、入库互鉴”的生产模式开展各阶段研究工作,结合试点生产情况进行总结,为指导开展基于新型协同机制的基础地理信息资源建设与更新提供借鉴和参考。
Combining the actual production of the collaborative work project, the author makes preparations for the research purpose, conducts basic research on its related specifications and design, determines collaborative technical routes and methods, coordinates data collection, and carries out research work at all stages in accordance with the production model of "internal operation integration, field operation synchronization, and warehousing mutual verification". It is summarized in combination with the pilot production situation to provide reference for guiding the construction and updating of basic geographic information resources based on the new collaborative mechanism.
