摘要
目的该文探讨自2010年以来我国医院排行榜的发展历程,对各医院排行榜的优势和不足、差异性和稳定性进行比较分析。方法以中国医学科学院发布的“中国医院科技量值(STEM)”、复旦大学医学管理研究所发布的“中国最佳医院”、香港艾力彼医院管理研究中心发布的“中国医院竞争力·顶级医院100强”3个排行榜单各自2021年度及2020年度数据为基础,分析排行榜单不同年度排行结果的稳定性。同时计算同一医院在3个排行榜中排名结果的差异性,分析医院在多个排行榜中排名结果的一致性。结果显示3个排行榜单都具有较好的稳定性;研究发现同一家医院在不同排行榜中位次不尽相同,有时差异巨大,其中“中国医院科技量值(STEM)”与“中国最佳医院”差异性不显著;但是两个排行榜均与“中国医院竞争力·顶级医院100强”榜单差异性显著。结论三大排行榜表明在评价指标、评价维度、评价手段等方面有显著差异。榜单排名的差异性也有积极的意义,能为继续探索医院评价体系,构建合理评价指标,提升医务水平等方面提供参考。
Objective This paper discusses the development history of hospital rankings in my country since 2010,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,differences and stability of each hospital rankings.Methods On the basis of the"Chinese Hospital Science and Technology Quantity(STEM)"issued by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences;"Best Hospital in China"issued by the Institute of Medical Management of Fudan University;"China's Hospital Competitiveness·Top 100 Top Hospitals"issued by Hong Kong Elliott Hospital Management Research Center ofthe three ranking lists on the respective 2021 and 2020 data,it was toanalyze the stability of the ranking results in different years of the ranking list.At the same time,the difference of the ranking results of the same hospital in the three rankings was calculated,and the consistency of the ranking results of the hospital in multiple rankings was analyzed.Results It showed that the three ranking lists had good stability.The study found that the same hospital ranks in different rankings,sometimes with huge differences.The difference between"Chinese Hospital Science and Technology Quantity(STEM)"and"Best Hospital in China"is not significant.However,the two rankings were significantly different from the list of"China's Hospital Competitiveness·Top 100 Top Hospitals".Conclusion The three rankings show that there are significant differences in evaluation indicators,evaluation dimensions,and evaluation methods.The difference in the ranking of the list also has positive significance,which can provide a reference for continuing to explore the hospital evaluation system,constructing reasonable evaluation indicators,and improving the medical level.
