摘要
针对非计划离网切换过程中如何有效切除负荷并协调控制主从储能出力的问题进行研究。首先,提出了考虑储能倍率特性约束的分步切负荷方法。该方法利用储能过载特性短时支撑离网后剩余未切除负荷,可克服分步切负荷的缺陷。然后,在切负荷过程中的特定阶段,基于虚拟下垂/惯性控制原理动态调整从储能出力,有效降低主控制单元的调节压力。在此基础上,形成了考虑储能倍率特性约束与动态PQ控制的非计划离网平滑切换控制策略。最后,在Matlab中搭建模型并进行了仿真验证。结果表明,所提策略不仅能够保证切换过程中电压始终维持在较高水平,还可显著降低电压波动幅度,有利于实现切换过程的平滑过渡。
This paper studies how to effectively cut off the load and achieve coordinated control of the output of master-slave BES in the process of unplanned off-grid switching.First,a step-by-step load shedding method considering the constraints of BES ratio characteristics is proposed.This method uses the BES overload characteristics to support the remaining uncut load after off-grid for a short time.This can overcome the defect of step-by-step load shedding.Then,at a specific stage in the load shedding process,the slave BES output is dynamically adjusted based on the virtual droop/inertia control principle to effectively reduce the regulation pressure of the main control unit.An unplanned off-grid smooth switching control strategy considering the BES ratio characteristic constraint and dynamic PQ control is formed.Finally,the model is built in Matlab and verified by simulation.The results show that the proposed strategy can not only ensure that the voltage is always maintained at a high level during the switching process,but also significantly reduce the voltage fluctuation.This is conducive to the smooth transition of the switching process.
