摘要
目的分析PDCA管理联合路径化健康教育应用于胃癌化疗患者护理时的效果。方法选择中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区2019年1月至2021年6月收治的80例胃癌化疗患者,基于护理管理方式的差异分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),分别接受PDCA管理联合路径化健康教育及常规护理,比较两组护理后的疾病综合认知水平及对护理的满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者的生活习惯、饮食调整、疾病认知三个维度的评分分别为(8.69±0.46)、(9.05±0.27)、(8.91±0.18)分,高于对照组的(7.31±0.28)、(7.94±0.22)、(6.95±0.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理工作的总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA管理联合路径化健康教育应用于胃癌化疗护理时,可显著提高患者对疾病的认知水平及对护理工作的满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA management combined with path-based health education in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy treated in the First Affiliated Hospital University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)based on the difference of nursing management methods.The observation group received PDCA management combined pathbased health education and the control group received routine nursing respectively.The comprehensive cognitive level of the disease and the satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of living habits,diet adjustment and disease cognition in the observation group were(8.69±0.46),(9.05±0.27),(8.91±0.18)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group of(7.31±0.28),(7.94±0.22),(6.95±0.37)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The t otal nursing sati sfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA management combined with path-based health education can significantly improve patients’cognitive level of dis ease and nursing satisfaction,which has clinical application value.
