摘要
目的:观察改良急诊护理流程对脑梗死患者抢救效果与睡眠障碍的影响。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年11月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予急诊常规护理,观察组给予改良急诊护理,比较2组患者抢救成功率、死亡率、致残率、脑梗死抢救时间,同时采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量各指标评分及PSQI总分,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估2组患者神经功能改善情况,比较2组患者不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的抢救成功率显著高于对照组,死亡率、致残率显著低于对照组,观察组患者的抢救时间显著短于对照组,观察组NIHSS评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组入院各时间段不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:改良急诊护理流程可提升脑梗死患者的抢救成功率,可缩短急救时间,还可改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of improved emergency nursing process on the rescue effect and sleep disorder of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Bengbu Third People′s Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given emergency routine nursing,and the observation group was given improved emergency nursing.The success rate of rescue,death rate,disability rate and rescue time of cerebral infarction were compared between the two groups.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)between 2 groups were compared.The neurological function improvement of 2 groups was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between 2 groups.Results:Observation group rescue success rate is significantly higher than the control group,the mortality and morbidity was significantly lower than the control group,the observation group of patients rescue time was significantly shorter than the control group,the observation group NIHSS score and PSQI score were significantly lower than the control group,the observation group′s hospitalized times and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Improving the emergency nursing process can improve the rescue success rate of patients with cerebral infarction,shorten the first aid time,and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worth promoting.
