摘要
为满足MARPOL公约对船舶硫排放的控制要求,以17万t散货船加装开式U型脱硫塔项目为背景,对脱硫塔系统的工作原理和常规加装方案进行阐述。综合考虑船型和系统的特点,对新增分段的安装作业流程和船舶机舱区域、烟囱区域的改造要点进行分析。在此基础上,提出合适的改装方案,尽可能减少返工量,提高改造工作的效率和改造质量,为相关工程项目的开展提供参考。
According to the MARPOL regulations for ship sulfur emission,this paper elaborates the working principle of the desulfurization scrubber and the conventional installation plan based on the retrofit of the open U-shaped desulfurization scrubber of a 170000 DWT bulk carrier including the installation process of the newly-added section and the key points of retrofitting the engine room and the chimney area in consideration of the ship type and system characteristics.On this basis,a suitable plan for retrofit is proposed to minimize the amount of rework and improve the work efficiency and quality in the retrofitting process,which provides technical reference for the development of related engineering projects.
