摘要
隧道风机作为无风管诱导通风装置,可通过纵向射流通风形成气流运动,满足客滚船滚装处所对换气次数的要求。根据隧道用射流风机的机械行业标准,结合客滚船滚装处所的特点,构建滚装处所对隧道风机推力需求的数值计算方法。以某客滚船为例,设计并对比3套隧道风机运用方案,解决客滚船装卸货工况下艏艉都开放时的通风问题。实船烟雾试验结果表明,在滚装处所运用隧道风机是有效的通风设计方案。
As a ductless induced ventilation device,tunnel fan produces airflow movement with longitudinal jet ventilation to meet the requirements of ventilation rate in the Ro-Ro space.According to the mechanical industry standard of jet fan for tunnel usage,a numerical calculation method for the thrust demand of tunnel fan is worked out taking into account the characteristics of Ro-Ro space.Three solutions of tunnel fans are designed and compared with a Ro-Ro passenger ship as the example in order to solve the ventilation problem when the bow and stern are both open under the loading and unloading conditions.The smoke experiment onboard shows that the usage of tunnel fans in the Ro-Ro space is an effective ventilation design.
