摘要
劳动创新精神是新时代劳动精神的灵魂。创新型国家建设的深切呼唤、激发社会劳动风气活力之需以及时代新人的塑造与使命担当共同构成了新时代大学生劳动创新精神的时代逻辑,新时代大学生劳动创新精神内蕴知劳动创新、懂劳动创新、能劳动创新和敢劳动创新的核心要义。基于时代逻辑和核心要义,新时代大学生应以马克思主义劳动观引领劳动创新精神方向、以提升知识储备构筑劳动创新精神的深厚基础、以现实问题激发养成劳动创新精神内在动力以及以丰富实践活动增加劳动创新体验。
The spirit of labor innovation is the soul of the spirit of labor in the new era.The deep call for the construction of an innovative country,the need to stimulate the vitality of social labor atmosphere,and the shaping and responsibility of new people constitute the logic of the Times of University students'labor innovation spirit in the new era.In the spirit of labor innovation,University students in the new era know the core meaning of labor innovation,understand labor innovation,are able to achieve labor innovation and dare to labor innovation.Based on the logic of the era and the core meaning,it is proposed that University students in the new era should lead the direction of labor innovation spirit with the Marxist labor view,enhance the knowledge reserve to build a deep foundation of labor innovation spirit,stimulate the inner power of labor innovation spirit with practical problems and actively participate in rich practice activities to increase the practice of labor innovation experience.
