摘要
近年来,随着国家政策对于“夜经济”的鼓励与支持,新型科学技术产品的迭代与升级,城市夜景照明建设进入蓬勃发展阶段,而盲目的建设会引发各种城市问题,因此城市夜景规划成为研究和探讨的重点。本文从人本需求的角度出发,针对东北严寒地区夜间出行受季节性气候条件制约较大、不能满足居民夜间活动品质的心理预期,造成城市夜间活力不足,制约“夜经济”发展等一系列情况进行探讨和研究。将城市气候条件、资源承载力、人本需求进行综合分析,秩序构建城市夜间环境,形成视觉心理与行为引导一体、文化展示与人文关怀并重的规划策略。
With the support of government policies for the“night economy”and the continuous iteration of science and technology,the construction of urban nightscape lighting has entered a vigorous development stage.However,lighting construction without guidance could lead to various urban problems.Therefore,urban lighting planning has become increasingly significant and be focused.The urban landscape and nighttime behavior patterns in the severely cold areas of Northeast China are heavily constrained by seasonal climate,resulting in insufficient urban vitality and restricting the development of the“night economy”,meanwhile,causing inability to meet residents’psychological expectations of the city’s nighttime activities.Analyzing local climate and resource conditions comprehensively,focusing on people-oriented needs,this research explored and summarized the planning strategy.A strategy which leading an order construction of urban night environment,forming that integrates visual,psychological,and behavioral guidance,attaches equal importance to cultural display and humanistic care.
