摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对我国体教融合的发展历史进行回顾,并结合新时代深入落实体教融合的现实背景,认为当前我国推进体教融合面临一些困境:由于长久以来体教融合被认为是教育部门和体育部门两家“各自为政”的事情,故而存在两家目标任务不匹配、部门协同不得力、竞赛体系不兼容、人才培养不协调的问题。基于此,提出如下破解策略:加强思想观念融合,全面认识体教融合的时代意义和深远价值;促进目标任务融合,将促进青少年全面健康发展作为教育和体育部门的首要工作目标;加快资源配置融合,打造新型的体育后备人才培养体系和青少年体育竞赛体系;落实政策措施融合,完善相关政策制度,构建政府-社会-学校-家庭四位一体的协同创新机制。
Using the methods of literature and expert interviews,this paper reviews the development history of the integration of sports and education in China,and combines with the realistic background of the in-depth implementation of the integration of sports and education in the new era.The integration of sports and education is considered to be a matter of“separate battles”between the education department and the sports department.Therefore,there are problems such as the mismatch of goals and tasks between the two departments,the lack of coordination between departments,the incompatibility of the competition system,and the uncoordinated talent training.Based on this,the following strategies are proposed:strengthening the integration of ideas and concepts,and fully understand the era significance and far-reaching value of the integration of sports and education,promoting the integration of goals and tasks,and taking the promoting of the comprehensive and healthy development of young people as the primary work goal of the education and sports departments,accelerating the integration of resource allocation and creating a new sports reserve talent training system and youth sports competition system,integrating policies and measures,improving relevant policy systems,and building a four-in-one collaborative innovation mechanism of government-society-school-family.
