摘要
近年来,由于连锁医院快速扩张、技术人才抢夺、产品竞价抢客等现象,宠物医院的经营成本上升,营收增速放缓,导致整体利润下降,因此,经营者都在各种渠道寻求营收增长的方法。本文对宠物医院的定位+阶段性目标+营收增长底层逻辑+增长模型+对应的方法论等营收增长逻辑进行研究分析。只有掌握此逻辑,才能探索到万变中的不变,抓住自身问题的本质,从而制定合适的策略实现宠物医院营收的有效和持续增长。希望通过这次研究分析,可以为宠物医院经营者提供营收增长策略借鉴与参考。
In recent years,phenomena such as the rapid expansion of chain hospitals,and the competition of technical personnel and product price for grabbing customers,has caused the increased operating costs of pet hospitals,while the growth of revenue has slowed down with declined overall profit.Therefore,operators are seeking ways to increase revenue through various channels.This paper aims to logically analyze the revenue growth of pet hospitals from different aspects,including positioning,stage goals,underlying logic of revenue growth,growth model,and the corresponding methodology.Only by mastering this logic,can we explore the constant in all changes and grasp the essence of various problems,so as to develop appropriate strategies to achieve effective and sustainable growth of pet hospitals’revenue.The current review can provide reference on revenue growth strategy for pet hospital operators.
