合质金收熔干式制片技术及应用

Application of Dry-type Production Technology on Crude Gold Melting

摘要 合质金王水作业均采用传统的水循环淬珠工艺,针对其工艺过程作业环境差、自动化程度低、劳动强度大、金损耗高、淬珠易形成致密的块状物料等不足,提出了采用合质金干式制片技术,成果的应用大幅提高了合质金制片和王水作业生产效率和产品质量,单班人工从8人降低到3人,金熔耗由0.021%降低至0.009%,金片成片率>95%,单批王水余金量由5.3 kg降低到1.8 kg,王水作业硝酸用量明显减少,氮氧化物生成减少,降低了企业环保压力。 The traditional water cycling quenching bead technology is adopted for crude gold aqua regia operation,the process has the following problems,the operation environment is bad,automation degree is low,labor intensity is high,the loss of gold is high,the quenching beads is easy to form compact block materials,therefore it is proposed to use crude gold dry-type production technology,the application of the technology greatly increases the crude gold flaking volume,aqua regia operation productivity and product quality,the operators per single shift is decreased from 8 people to 3 people,the consumption of melted gold is decreased from 0.021%to 0.009%,the production rate of gold flake>95%,the amount of remaining gold in aqua regia of one shift is decreased from 5.3 kg to 1.8 kg,the nitric acid dosage for aqua regia operation is decreased obviously,the generation of nitric oxide is decreased,the environmental protection pressure of enterprises is decreased.
