摘要
目的探究特勤疗养人员A型行为、成就动机状况与主观幸福感的相关关系及作用途径。方法使用A型行为、成就动机状况、主观幸福感量表,对2019年1—10月期间在空军杭州特勤疗养院接受疗养的965名特勤疗养官兵进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行数据分析,采用AMOS 24.0构建A型行为及成就动机状况对主观幸福感的影响路径。结果特勤疗养员的A型行为状况与主观幸福感呈显著负相关(r分别为-0.309,-0.291,-0.242,-0.203,P<0.01);特勤疗养员的成就动机状况中的避免失败因子与主观幸福感呈显著负相关(r分别为-0.301,-0.201,P<0.01);构建A型行为、成就动机状况影响主观幸福感的路径模型,两者对主观幸福感的预测率为0.32。结论特勤官兵A型行为会影响主观幸福感的获得,其成就动机状况在A型行为对主观幸福感的影响过程中起到中介作用,其作用途径有待进一步研究。
Objective To explore the relationship between Type-A behavior/Achievement Motivation and Subjective Well-being of special service officers and soldiers,as well as their route of interaction.Methods Type-A beha-vior questionnaire,Achievement Motivation Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 965 special service officers and soldiers.SPSS 25.0 software was applied to perform variance analysis of the data obtained,and AMOS 24.0 was used to analyze the route of interaction on Type-A behavior,Achievement Motivation and Subjective Well-being.Results Type-A behavior was significantly negatively correlated with Subjective Well-being(r=-0.309,-0.291,-0.242,-0.203,P<0.01).The motivation of avoiding failure factor was significantly negatively correlated with Subjective Well-being(r=-0.301,-0.201,P<0.01).Through the establishment of the impact model of type-A behavior and achievement motivation on subjective well-being,the predicted rate of type-A behavior and achievement motivation on subjective well-being was 0.32.Conclusion Type-A behavior facilitated subjective well-being among special service officers and soldiers,and achievement motivation could neutralize the le-vel of subjective well-being brought by Type-A behavior.
