摘要
对石化污泥减量环保治理暨提质增效项目的工艺设备方案进行比选,介绍了真空圆盘污泥干化减量项目工艺、设备技术,分析该新建项目在工艺及设备调试方面存在的问题,并提出了解决措施。该方案在石化企业生化污泥干化减量处置中具有一定的可推广性。
Comparison and selection were made for the process and equipment for the petrochemical sludge reduction environmental protection treatment and quality and efficiency improvement projects.The process and equipment technology of the vacuum disc sludge drying reduction project were introduced,the problems existing in debugging of the process and equipment the new project were analyzed,and resolutions were proposed.The scheme has certain generalizability in the drying and reduction of biochemical sludge in petrochemical enterprises.
