摘要
肺癌的发病率和死亡率均处于世界前列。尽管肺癌的靶向治疗取得了很大进展,患者的预后仍相对较差。Notch2即神经源位点缺口同源蛋白2,是Notch家族的一员,是哺乳动物细胞跨膜信号受体的重要组成部分,其通过细胞-细胞间相互作用,在细胞分化、增殖等方面发挥作用。Notch2在肺癌等多种肿瘤中高表达,与肺癌的发生发展过程关系密切。本文阐述了Notch2与肺癌的相关性,并总结了近年来Notch2在肺癌的癌细胞增殖、血管生成和转移等方面的研究进展,为其在肺癌的诊断及治疗研究中的作用提供参考。
The morbidity and mortality of lung cancer are among in the forefront of the world.Despite the great progress in targeted therapy for lung cancer,the prognosis of patients remains relatively poor.Notch2,the neurogenic site gap homolog 2,is a member of the Notch family,which is an important component of transmembrane signaling receptors in mammalian cells.It plays a role in cell differentiation,proliferation and other aspects through cell-cell interaction.Notch2 is highly expressed in a variety of tumors,including lung cancer,and is closely related to developmental process of lung cancer.This review describes the relevance of Notch2 to lung cancer and summarizes the recent research progress of Notch2 in lung cancer in terms of its proliferation,angiogenesis and metastasis,providing a reference for its role in diagnostic and therapeutic research of lung cancer.
