摘要
通过悬臂梁模态试验研究了典型无序芯体(纤维毡、闭孔泡沫铝以及开孔泡沫铝)夹层结构的振动特性,并与夹层结构所对应等质量钢板进行振动特性对比分析。研究结果表明:无序芯体夹层结构相较于对应等质量钢板均有着更高的前三阶固有频率和阻尼比;等质量钢梁任一横截面上各点具有相同振动特性,而夹层结构任一横截面上各点振动特性受芯体结构影响较大。
The vibration characteristics of sandwich structures with typical disordered porous cores(i.e.,fiber felt,closed-cell aluminum foam,and open-cell aluminum foam)were analyzed through laboratory modal tests of sandwich cantilevers with fixed end boundary conditions applied at a free end.It was found that compared with the corresponding steel plates of the same mass,the sandwich beams with disordered porous metal cores have higher natural frequencies and damping ratios at the first three modes.Any cross section of the steel beam has the same vibration characteristics on its all points,but all points of vibration characteristics of sandwich beams at any cross section depend on the common influence of relative density and peak strength.
