摘要
基于150 kt/a Unipol工艺聚丙烯装置,对影响聚丙烯薄壁注塑专用料的关键因素进行了全面分析,针对性地进行了添加剂配方设计及装置主要控制工艺的研究。结果表明,添加剂配方、催化剂体系、熔体流动速率、等规度对最终产品的加工性能、翘曲性能及雾度影响较大。当抗氧剂体系选择Irganox 1010和Ultranox 626时,产品具有较好的色泽稳定性及多次挤出热稳定性。除酸剂使用水滑石及硬脂酸钙的复配时,有利于提高薄壁注塑聚丙烯的力学、光学及加工脱模性能。当H/C摩尔比为0.055、Al/Si摩尔比为3.7时,产品熔体流动速率及等规度达到目标设定值65 g/10min及97%。当使用催化剂A时,产品表现出了更高的弯曲模量、较低的模塑收缩率及较宽的相对分子质量分布,更有利于下游加工成型。
Based on a 150 kt/a Unipol process polypropylene plant,the key factors affecting the special materials for polypropylene thin-wall injection molding are comprehensively analyzed and studied as well as the additive formula design and the main control process of the plant.The results show that the additive formula,catalyst system,melt index and isotacticity all have a great influence on the processability,warpage and haze of the final product.When Irganox 1010 and Ultranox 626 were chosen as the antioxidant systems,good color stability and multiple-extrusion thermal stability were both found in the final product.Compounding of hydrotalcite and calcium stearate as the acid remove agent was beneficial to increase the mechanical,optical and processing demoulding properties of thin-walled injection molded polypropylene.When the molar ratios of H/C and Al/Si were 0.055 and 3.7 respectively,the melt index and isotacticity of the product reached the target set value of 65 g/10min and 97%.When catalyst A was used,the product showed higher bending modulus,lower molding shrinkage and wider molecular weight distribution,which was more favorable for downstream processing.
