摘要
文章简述国内外主要城市的MaaS实践情况,总结了MaaS生态中用户、行业存在的一系列痛点问题。为推进MaaS发展,结合广州市MaaS实践工作,提出了一站式交通出行融合支付MaaS平台(穗通票)建设的若干建议。未来,MaaS平台会是智慧城市和数字化产业发展的重要民生应用以及智慧出行的典型应用场景。借助试点和应用实践经验,解决用户痛点和行业问题,为人民群众提供多种交通方式的一体化、全流程智慧出行服务,进而提升城市的交通数字化水平,助力绿色低碳城市建设。
This paper briefly analyzes MaaS practices in major cities at home and abroad,summarizing a series of pain points and problems of users and industries in the MaaS ecology.One-stop Transportation Integration Payment and some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the MaaS platform considering Guangzhou practice.In the future,the MaaS platform will be an important livelihood application and a typical application scenario of smart travel in smart cities and digital industries.With the help of pilot and practical experience,it can solve users'pain points and industry problems,and provide people with integrated and full-process smart travel services of various modes of transportation,thus improving the level of urban traffic digitalization and helping the construction of green and low-carbon cities.
