摘要
对于学生就业,高校、用人单位、学生各有各的需求和难点,高校的育人工作、用人单位的招聘、学生的生涯发展,相互影响,相互促进。通过场域理论视角,可以构建一种正向促进、内部循环的就业导向的校企合作模式,通过两条校企合作纽带,八项校企合作项目内容,实现校、企、生各要素相互促进,提升高校人才培养质量,为用人单位提供优质的人力资源供给,促进学生的生涯规划和职业发展,实现场域内多要素共赢。
In terms of student employment,universities,enterprises and students have their own needs and difficulties.The education work of universities,the recruitment of employers and the career development of students affect and promote each other.From the perspective of field theory,we can build an employment oriented university-enterprise cooperation model with positive promotion and internal circulation.Through two university-enterprise cooperation ties and eight university-enterprise cooperation projects,we can realize the mutual promotion of universities,enterprises and students,improve the quality of talent training in universities,provide high-quality human resources supply for employers,and promote students’ career planning and career development,realize the win-win of multiple elements in the field.
