摘要
随着全球生物科学技术的发展以及生物保护意识的提高,农业植物遗传资源的遗传问题被全世界所重视。近些年出现的一系列不法行为对农业植物遗传资源造成了严重的危害,农业植物遗传资源的法律保护机制的健全和完善问题刻不容缓。本文通过对现阶段出现的问题进行研究,探索在农业植物遗传资源法律保护方面的有效措施,希望能够对现阶段进行一些改善。
With the development of global biological science and technology and the improvement of biological protection consciousness, the genetic problem of agricultural plant genetic resources has been paid attention to all over the world. In recent years, a series of illegal activities have caused serious harm to agricultural plant genetic resources. It is urgent to establish and improve the legal protection mechanism for agricultural plant genetic resources. This paper, through the study of the problems occurred at this stage, explores the effective measures for the legal protection of agricultural plant genetic resources, hoping to make some improvements at this stage.
