摘要
大学生创新团队建设是新时代高校培养创新人才的重要路径之一。以共享心智模型理论为依据,以浙江理工大学近三年“挑战杯”竞赛团队为调研对象,详细比较不同获奖等级团队以及团队不同分工成员之间在创新团队建设中七个维度的差异,深入分析大学生在创新团队中的角色定位与团队建设管理存在的问题以及原因,以期丰富团队共享心智模型理论内容,为大学生创新团队建设提供经验和借鉴。
The construction of university students’ innovative teams is one of the important paths for universities to cultivate innovative talents in the new era.Based on the theory of shared mental model,this study takes teams in Zhejiang Sci-Tech University“Challenge Cup”competition in the past three years as the research object,compares in detail the differences in seven dimensions of the construction of innovation teams among teams with different award levels and members of different divisions of labor,and deeply analyzes the role of university students in the innovation teams,the issues existing in the team construction management and relevant causes,so as to enrich the theoretical content of the shared team mental model,and provide experience and reference basis for the construction of university students’ innovation teams.
