摘要
网络直播作为新兴的互联网产品,受到了网民的极大追捧,同时也引起了学术界和商界的广泛关注。本文基于使用与满足理论,采用物理—事理—人理(WSR)系统方法论,分析公众参与网络直播的影响因素框架,运用结构方程模型构建影响因素概念模型,并实证分析各个因素的影响方向、影响程度及相互关系。研究结果表明,物理、事理和人理因素能显著影响公众参与网络直播行为,为促进网络直播平台的健康发展提供方法参考。
As a new Internet product, webcast has been greatly sought after by netizens, and also attracted wide attention from academia and business experts. Combined with the use and satisfaction theory, and the system methodology of Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR), this paper constructs a framework model of influencing factors for public participation in webcast. The structural equation model is used to construct the conceptual model of influencing factors, and empirically analyze the influence direction, degree and relationship of each factor. The results show that Wuli-Shili-Renli factors can significantly affect the public participation in webcast. This study provides method reference for promoting the healthy development of webcast platform.
