摘要
介绍中厚板热处理炉区域集中控制系统的设计、组成及实施。针对该产线工艺环节较多,且存在各系统相互独立,无法协同的难题,利用智能化技术的集中控制系统彻底消除了信息孤岛,完成了整个产线各环节的协作运行,实现了减员、降耗、快节奏、高品质的生产目标。
This paper introduces the design,composition,and implementation of the centralized control system of medium and thick plate heat treatment area.Aiming at the problems that many process links of the line are independent and difficult to be coordinated,the centralized control system based on intelligent technology completely eliminates the information island,realizes the cooperation among all process links,and achieves the goal of staff optimization,consumption reduction,fast-paced and high-quality production.
