摘要
目的探讨简易乳胶条改良造口术治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿的临床疗效。方法选取2019年8月至2020年7月茂名市电白区妇幼保健院妇科收治的前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿患者共68例,按照随机数表法分成对照组(n=34)和试验组(n=34),对照组行传统前庭大腺囊(脓)肿造口术,试验组行简易乳胶条改良造口术。比较两组患者手术疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛感觉、住院天数及术后生活质量、复发率的情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者手术时间、术中出血量、VAS评分、住院天数及术后复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者术后生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论简易乳胶条改良造口术治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿患者的临床疗效显著,能明显缩短患者手术时间及住院时间、减少术中出血量、减轻术后疼痛程度及术后复发率,提高患者术后生活质量,值得在基础医院临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified ostomy with simple latex strips in the treatment of greater vestibular gland cyst(pus).Methods A total of 68 patients with vestibular gland cyst or pus admitted to and treated in the Department of Gynecology of Maoming Dianbai Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=34)and the experimental group(n=34)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional ostomy of greater vestibular gland cyst(pus),while the experimental group was treated with modified ostomy with simple latex strips.The curative efficacy,operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,pain sensation,hospitalization days,postoperative quality of life(QoL)and relapse rate of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,VAS score,hospitalization days and postoperative relapse rate in the experimental group were all significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of postoperative QoL of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified ostomy with simple latex strips has remarkable clinical efficacy in treating patients with greater vestibular gland cyst(pus).It can obviously shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the volume of intraoperative hemorrhage,relieve the degree of postoperative pain,reduce the postoperative relapse rate,and improve the postoperative QoL of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application in basic hospitals.
