摘要
为了推进深部复杂条件巷道安全高效智能掘进,总结分析了TBM装备煤矿应用情况,结合陕西高家堡煤矿西区辅运大巷工程地质特征,从TBM掘进机型、掘进性能参数、地质条件适应性等三个方面,提出煤矿TBM掘进适应性条件,明确采用敞开式TBM的科学原理,并基于应用实践提出了掘进系统主参数适应性设计和工程运输系统适应性技术。研究表明:复杂地质条件选用敞开式TBM更为灵活,更有利于巷道卡机等灾害防控,而系统适应性设计则应主要考虑刀盘、护盾部件的防灾减灾能力,满足矿井对设备应用的特殊需求,如刀盘系统采用大直径滚刀,以提高硬岩巷道刀具寿命,提高扩挖间隙以满足扩挖需求。
In order to promote safe and efficient intelligent tunneling in deep mines under complex geological conditions,the application of TBM in coal mines is summarized.Combining with the engineering geological characteristics of the west auxiliary transport lane in the Gaojiabao Mine in Shaanxi Province,the adaptability items of TBM tunneling in deep mines are proposed,and the scientific principle of open TBM is clarified.Based on the application practice,the adaptability design of main system parameters,and the adaptability of transportation system are proposed.The research shows,the selection of open TBM in complex geological conditions is more flexible,which is more conducive to prevent accidents such as roadway jamming.The adaptability design of the system should mainly consider the disaster prevention and mitigation capacity of the cutter head and shield system components to meet the special needs of the mine for equipment application,for example,large diameter hobs can be used for the cutter head to improve the cutters life in hard rock,and increase the expansion gap to meet the expansion requirements.
