摘要
硅酮结构胶将隐框玻璃幕墙的面板与副框粘结起来,起传递荷载的作用。为研究隐框玻璃幕墙硅酮结构胶在温度和湿度作用下的性能变化,该文设计了一种高温高湿环境下的隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶加速老化设备。老化设备可动态调整温度和湿度的变化,具有智能化、体积小、用途多的特征,可实现对足尺幕墙在高温高湿环境下的加速老化。
The structural silicone sealant binds the panel of the hidden frame glass curtain wall with the auxiliary frame to transfer the load. In order to study the bonding performance of structural silicone sealant for hidden frame glass curtain wall under the action of temperature and humidity, an accelerated aging equipment for structural silicone sealant under high temperature and high humidity environment is designed. The temperature and humidity of the aging equipment can be dynamically adjusted with features of intelligent, small size and multi-functions. The accelerated aging of full-scale hidden frame glass curtain wall in high temperature and high humidity environment can be realized.
