摘要
文章研究结合“星江湾”项目实际情况,研究和探索基于BIM的装配式协同设计和施工的精益管理,并对最终实现基于BIM技术的装配式精益协同设计施工管理提出建议。
Combined with the actual situation of"Xingjiangwan"project,this study studies and explores the lean management of assembly collaborative design and construction based on BIM,and puts forward suggestions for the final realization of BIM Technology for the lean collaborative design and construction management of assembly construction.
