摘要
建筑运维阶段是建筑全生命周期中的关键阶段,而传统的运维管理模式数字化程度低,导致信息传递分散、工作效率低,很难满足运维人员的管理需求。本研究基于BIM技术的数据集成优势,将BIM技术引入建筑运维管理过程中,构建了基于BIM的建筑运维管理模式。该模式能够解决传统运维管理信息资料混乱、丢失等问题,同时使数据查询变得方便及时,大大降低了运维管理难度,提升了工作效率。
The building operation and maintenance stage is a key stage in the whole life cycle of the building,and the traditional operation and maintenance management mode has a low degree of digitalization,which leads to scattered information transfer and low work efficiency,and it is difficult to meet the management needs of operation and maintenance personnel.Based on the data integration advantages of BIM technology,this study introduces BIM technology into the building operation and maintenance management process and constructs a BIM-based building operation and maintenance management mode.The analysis shows that this mode can solve the problems of traditional operation and maintenance management information data confusion and loss,and make data query convenient and timely,greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance management and improving work efficiency.
