摘要
为更好地理解GB/T 25127.1-2020《低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组第1部分:工业或商业用及类似用途的热泵(冷水)机组》中的条款,并准确检测低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组的性能,详细解读了低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组性能测试方法和测试工况。首先,为保证低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组性能测量的准确性,测试过程中建议考虑大气压对测试条件的影响。其次,机组在性能测试过程中,建议尽可能避免采用外插法计算边界工况点的性能系数。最后指出低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组的能效标准体系建议与产品标准体系保持一致。
In order to better understand the standard items in GB/T 25127.1-2020“Low ambient temperature air source heat pump(water chilling)packages-Part 1:Heat pump(water chilling)packages for industrial&commercial and similar application”national standard,and accurately test the performance of the low ambient temperature air source heat pump(water chilling)units,the performance test methods and conditions of the low ambient temperature air source heat pump(water chilling)units were analyzed in detail.First,to ensure the accuracy of performance test of the low ambient temperature air source heat pump(water chilling)packages,it is suggested to consider the influence of atmospheric pressure on test conditions during the performance test.Second,in the process of performance test,it is suggested to avoid using extrapolation method to calculate the coefficient of performance at boundary conditions.Finally,it is suggested that the energy efficiency standards system of low ambient temperature air source heat pump(water chilling)packages should be consistent with the product standard system.
