摘要
为了研究再生剂类型对沥青不同周期抗老化性能的影响,选用3种类型再生剂(环烷油基再生剂、生物油基再生剂A、生物油基再生剂B)掺入实验室模拟老化沥青中,根据再生效果确定各再生剂的最佳掺量;对再生沥青进行不同时长的旋转薄膜烘箱老化,采用针入度比、软化点比及延度保留率评价再生剂对沥青抗老化性能的影响;通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)分析再生剂对沥青老化过程中微观官能团指数的影响,探究抗老化机理。研究结果表明:生物油基类再生剂恢复效果较佳,且抗老化性能突出;再生剂可影响沥青老化过程中羰基及亚砜基官能团的生成,降低其官能团强度指数增长率,其影响程度排序为生物油基再生剂A(含酮羰基)>生物油基再生剂B(含酯羰基)>环烷油基再生剂。
In order to study the influence of the regeneration agents on the aging resistance performance of asphalt in different periods,three types of regeneration agent(naphthenic oil-based regeneration agent,bio-oil-based regeneration agent A,and bio-oil-based regeneration agent B)were selected to be mixed into the simulated aging asphalt in the laboratory,and the optimal dosage of each regeneration agent was determined according to the regeneration effect.Recycled asphalt was aged at different times by rotating film oven.The influence of regeneration agent on asphalt aging resistance was evaluated by penetration ratio,softening point ratio and elongation retention rate.The effect of rejuvenation agents on the microscopic functional groups index during the aging process of asphalt was explored by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)to analyze the aging resistance mechanism of the regeneration agent.The results show that the bio-oil-based regeneration agent has better recovery effect and outstanding aging resistance performance;the regeneration agent can affect the formation of carbonyl and sulfoxide functional groups during the asphalt aging process,and reduce the growth rate of the functional group strength index.The order of influence is as follows:bio-oil-based regeneration agent A(containing ketone carbonyl group)>and bio-oil-based regeneration agent B(containing ester carbonyl group)>naphthenic oil-based regeneration agent.
