摘要
采用普通硅酸盐水泥和快硬硫铝酸盐水泥复合配制成速凝型水泥卷锚固剂,研究了水泥复配比例、早强剂和膨胀剂掺量对水泥卷锚固剂性能的影响。试验结果表明,当P·O42.5水泥与R·SAC42.5水泥的复配质量比为15∶85、早强剂和膨胀剂掺量分别为0.03%和5%时,水泥卷锚固剂的初凝时间为4 min43 s、终凝时间为6 min22 s,0.5 h、1 d、28 d抗压强度分别为19.2、39.2、62.2 MPa,0.5 h、1 d锚固力分别为160.4、228.9 kN,28 d限制膨胀率为0.05%。该速凝型水泥卷锚固剂具有凝结时间短、强度高、微膨胀、锚固力强、施工简便等特点,适用于锚杆支护。
The quick setting cement roll anchoring agent is compounded with ordinary Portland cement and quick hardening sulphoaluminate cement.The effect of cement composite ratio,early strength agent dosage and expansion agent dosage on the properties of cement anchor was studied.The test results show that:When the cement composite ratio of P·O42.5 cement and R·SAC42.5 cement is 15∶85,early strength agent is 0.03%and expansion agent is 5%,the initial setting time of cement anchor agent is 4min43s,the final setting time is 6 min22 s,and the compressive strength is 19.2 MPa,39.2 MPa and 62.2 MPa at 0.5 h,1 d and 28 d,respectively.The anchoring force at 0.5 h and 1 d is 160.4 kN and 228.9 kN respectively,and the limited expansion rate at 28 d is 0.05%.This kind of quick-setting cement roll anchoring agent has the characteristics of short setting time,high strength,micro expansion,strong anchoring force and simple construction,and is suitable for bolt support.
