摘要
某特高压变电站基础沉降历时三年尚未稳定,严重威胁变电站的安全可靠运行,需要查明基础沉降原因,采取相应的处理方案以保证该变电站的正常运作。通过工程实际与自然条件分析,发现排水问题以及前期夯实不理想是基础沉降的主要原因。基于此,采用注浆加固法对地基进行处理,针对不同地层采取了不同的注浆方式,并且设置了排水通道。加固后对地基沉降情况进行监测,发现加固效果较好。
The foundation settlement of an UHV substation lasted for three years and was not stable, which seriously threatened the safe and reliable operation of the substation. Therefore, it was necessary to find out the cause of foundation settlement and take corresponding treatment scheme to ensure the normal operation of the substation. Through the analysis of engineering practice and natural conditions, it is found that the drainage problem and unsatisfactory compaction in the early stage are the main causes of foundation settlement. Based on this, the grouting reinforcement method is used to treat the foundation, different grouting methods are adopted for different strata, and drainage channels are set. After reinforcement, the foundation settlement is monitored, and it is found that the reinforcement effect is good.
