隧道施工过程中瓦斯超限事故的分析及预防措施 被引量:7

摘要 依据瓦斯涌出量的大小,瓦斯隧道可分为不同的等级。隧道施工过程中,由于地质条件的复杂性,瓦斯赋存规律难以准确掌握。本文根据隧道动态瓦斯监测监控系统数据、现场人工瓦斯检测、超前钻孔和现场勘查地质资料,以及不同检测瓦斯浓度的数据分析,对多起瓦斯隧道施工过程中发生的瓦斯超限事故产生原因、来源进行技术分析,对隧道瓦斯涌出量进行测算,并提出类似条件下事故的针对性预防措施,为瓦斯隧道施工提供借鉴。 According to the size of gas emission, gas tunnels can be divided into different levels, but in the process of tunnel construction, due to the complexity of geological conditions, it is difficult to accurately grasp the gas occurrence law.In the process of tunnel construction, according to the data of tunnel dynamic gas monitoring system, on-site artificial gas detection, advance drilling and on-site exploration geological data, as well as the data analysis of different detected gas concentrations, the causes and sources of several gas overrun accidents during gas tunnel construction are technically analyzed, and the gas emission of the tunnel is calculated.It also puts forward targeted preventive measures for accidents under similar conditions, which has a good reference value for gas tunnel construction.
