摘要
采用计算机断层扫描(Micro-CT)技术观察碳纤维平面三向机织物(CFTWF)横截面的细观形貌,获得织物中纱线的屈曲形态,再结合纱线交织规律,构建CFTWF细观结构单胞模型,并基于单胞模型的几何关系推导CFTWF细观结构参数的几何关系式。对比和分析CFTWF基本结构参数的理论计算值与实测值发现,两者的相对误差在8.29%以内,表明该细观结构单胞模型具有较高的准确性,且研究发现CFTWF面内结构实际是以正六边形空洞和正三角形空洞相间规则分布的。
Using micro computed tomography(Micro-CT)technology to observe the microscopic morphology of the cross-section of the carbon fiber triaxial woven fabric(CFTWF),the buckling morphology of the yarn in the fabric was obtained.And then combining with the yarn interweaving rule,the meso-structure unit cell model of CFTWF was built.Based on the geometric relationships of the unit cell model,the geometric relation of the meso-structure parameters of CFTWF was derived.Comparing and analyzing the theoretical calculated values and actual measured values of CFTWF s basic structural parameters,the results showed that the relative error between the theoretical calculated values and actual values was within 8.29%,which indicated that the meso-structure unit cell model had high accuracy.Moreover,it was found that the in-plane structure of CFTWF was actually distributed by regular hexagonal cavities and regular triangular cavities regularly.
