摘要
目的:对贵州赫章菱锌矿和市售炉甘石进行真伪鉴别和质量分析,并优选出贵州赫章矿物药炉甘石的最佳炮制工艺。方法:运用化学滴定法、X射线荧光光谱法、X射线衍射法等对炉甘石的质量进行系统分析,采用单因素分析法对赫章炉甘石煅制工艺进行考察,采用TG-MS分析法探讨炉甘石解热特性、X射线衍射法分析赫章炉甘石在不同煅制温度下的物相变化。结果:采集的6批炉甘石样品中,只有贵州赫章矿物药炉甘石符合药典标准,为正品,其余所测的4批市售炉甘石均为伪劣品,优选出贵州赫章矿物药炉甘石的最佳炮制工艺条件为煅制600℃下煅烧60min。结论:目前药材市场上的炉甘石存在大量伪品,可运用多种检测方法对此类矿物药材的质量进行严格监管,同时炉甘石炮制工艺的研究也对该药物的炮制提供了理论基础。
Objective:The source of calamine is recorded as the carbonate mineral calcite family smithsonite.Due to the depletion of resources,the counterfeit and inferior products of calamine on the market are flooding;a large number of smithsonite has been discovered in Hezhang,Guizhou.For this reason,the authenticity identification and quality analysis of Hezhang zincite and commercially available calamine were carried out,and the best processing technology of Guizhou Hezhang mineral calamine was selected.Methods:The quality of calamine was systematically analyzed by chemical titration,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffraction,etc.The single factor method was used to investigate the calcining process of Hezhang calamine,and the TG-MS analysis method was used.to discuss the heat-relieving characteristics of calamine,and analyze the phase changes of Hezhang calamine under different calcination temperature by X-ray diffraction method.Result:Among the 6 batches of calamine samples collected,only Guizhou Hezhang mineral calamine meets the pharmacopoeia standards and is authentic.The remaining 4 batches of commercially available calamine were all fake and inferior products.The optimal processing conditions of Guizhou Hezhang mineral calamine were selected to be calcined at 600℃for 60 minutes.Conclusion:At present,there are a large number of counterfeit products of calamine in the medicinal material market.Various detection methods can be used to strictly supervise the quality of such mineral medicinal materials.At the same time,the research of calamine processing technology also provides a theoretical basis for the processing of this drug.
