摘要
目的:研究赤芍中无机元素的种类、含量及分布规律。方法:采用ICP-MS法测定赤芍中24种无机元素的含量。建立赤芍中24中无机元素的特征图谱,运用SPSS 22.0对无机元素进行主成分分析和相关性分析。结果:24种无机元素的含量差异较大,钾(K)的平均含量高达3797.10mg·kg^(-1),其次是钙(Ca,1041.17mg·kg^(-1))、镁(Mg,985.55mg·kg^(-1))等,含量最低的是汞(Hg,0.0047mg·kg^(-1))。5种重金属元素铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、镉(Cd)中仅Cd不合格,超标率达33%。主成分分析得出,铝(Al)、钨(V)、铁(Fe)、镓(Ga)、镍(Ni)、钴(Co)、Se(硒)、Ca、Ti(钛)、Sb(锑)、Hg和Ba(钡)作为赤芍的特征无机元素。相关性分析表明,赤芍样品大部分元素有一定的相关性。结论:该研究建立了赤芍的无机元素特征图谱,明确了赤芍中的特征无机元素,为赤芍的质量评价及安全性评价提供了研究资料。
Objective:To study the species,content and distribution of inorganic elements in Paeonia Lactiflora Pall.Methods:ICP-MS was developed to determine the contents of 24 inorganic elements.The characteristic map of inorganic elements in CS was established,and the principal component analysis(PCA)and correlation analysis were carried out by using SPSS 22.0.Results:The result shows that the contents of 24 inorganic elements varied greatly.And the average contents of K were as high as 3797.10mg·kg^(-1),followed by Ca(1041.17mg·kg^(-1)),Mg(985.55mg·kg^(-1))and Hg(0.0047mg·kg^(-1)).Only Cd was not qualified,and the rate of exceeding the standard was 33%in the five heavy metal elements including Pb,As,Hg,Cu and Cd..A characteristic map of inorganic elements in CS was established.PCA showed that Al,V,Fe,Ga,Ni,Co,Se,Ca,Ti,Sb,Hg and Ba were the characteristic inorganic elements of CS.Conclusion:The characteristic map of inorganic elements in CS was established,and the characteristic inorganic elements in CS were identified.
