摘要
目的编制医护人员营养素养量表并进行信效度检验,为医护人员提供客观、量化的营养素养评估工具。方法在营养素养核心条目基础上结合专家评议、预测试等形成量表初稿;采用方便抽样法,于2021年4月对武汉市各级医院的217名医护人员进行线上问卷调查,评价量表的信效度。结果医护人员营养素养量表共21个条目,对分级评分条目进行因子分析,共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为60.691%;验证性因子分析显示,模型各项指标达到标准,整体模型拟合较好。量表水平的全体一致内容效度指数为0.85,平均内容效度指数为0.975,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83~1.00;总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.897,折半信度为0.801,各维度Cronbach’sα系数为0.679、0.867及0.819。结论医护人员营养素养量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估医护人员营养素养水平的有效工具。
Objective To develop a nutrition literacy scale for medical staff,test its reliability and validity,and provide an objective and quantitative nutritional literacy assessment tool for medical staff.Methods The preliminary draft of the scale was formed by expert evaluation and predictive tests on the basis of nutrition literacy core items.The convenience sampling method was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey among 217 medical workers in Wuhan hospitals at all levels in April 2021,and the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated.Results There were 21 items in the nutritional literacy scale for medical staff.There were three common factors were extracted from the grading items through exploratory factor analysis,and the factor cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.691%.The confirmatory factor analysis result showed that all the indicators of the model reached the standard and the overall model fits well.The scale-level content validity index(universal agreement)was 0.85,the index(average)of scale-level content validity was 0.975,the item-level content validity index was 0.83-1.00.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of total scale was 0.897,and the split-half reliability was 0.801.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension was0.679,0.867 and 0.819.Conclusion The nutritional literacy scale for medical staff has good reliability and validity,and the scale can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the nutritional literacy level of medical staff.
