钢渣在公路半刚性基层中的应用研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 目前,我国钢渣产量大且利用率低,国家积极鼓励和支持将废弃矿渣用于公路工程建设。半刚性基层沥青路面作为国内高速公路普遍采用的结构形式,其建设需要大量石料,如今石料资源日益匮乏。考虑到钢渣资源充足及其自身坚硬性和水硬性等特m,将钢渣应用到半刚性基层成为了现阶段公路基层建设的主要趋势。虽然钢渣在改善公路半刚性基层强度,抗收缩等方面发挥着积极作用,但是其自身也存在不少问题,如钢渣的预处理、自重以及体积安定性等,这些限制了其在半刚性基层中的应用。本文通过对钢渣在半刚性基层强度、收缩和耐久性等相关领域的文献进行综述,希望可以为我国钢渣半刚性基层公路建设提供可靠的科学依据。 At present,the output of steel slag in China is large and the utilization rate is low.The state actively encourages and supports the use of waste slag in highway engineering construction.Semi rigid base asphalt pavement,as a commonly used structural form of domestic expressway,needs a lot of stone materials for its construction.Now stone resources are becoming increasingly scarce.Considering the sufficient steel slag resources and its own hardness and hydraulic characteristics,the application of steel slag to semi-rigid base has become the main trend of highway base construction at this stage.Although steel slag plays an active role in improving the strength and shrinkage resistance of highway semi-rigid base,it also has many problems,such as pretreatment,self weight and volume stability of steel slag,which limit its application in semi-rigid base.This paper summarizes the literature on the strength,shrinkage and durability of steel slag in semi-rigid base,hoping to provide a reliable scientific basis for the construction of steel slag semi-rigid base highway in China.
