摘要
文章针对目前解决配网光纤通信故障事件时应急抢修光缆经常被破坏,应急抢修不稳定和周期太长的问题,研究分支器型应急抢修预制光缆。为保证应急抢修光缆通信质量,其关键节点为室外光缆和分支器,室外光缆采用不锈钢管外层绞合不锈钢丝铠装结构作为铠装层,外敷PE、PA或LSZH等材料作为护套,具有抗压、抗拉、防鼠等特点。分支器型应急抢修预制光缆由室外光缆、分支器、室内尾纤分支及光纤活动连接器等组成,可实现室外长距离、复杂环境、恶劣条件下的光纤通信要求,即插即用,方便快捷、安全可靠。
In view of the problem of solving the optical fiber communication fault event in the distribution network,the instability and the cycle are often damaged.In order to ensure the communication quality of emergency repair optical cable,the key nodes are outdoor optical cable and branches.The outdoor optical cable adopts twisted stainless steel wire armor structure as armor layer,and outer application of PE,PA or LSZH materials as sheath,with the characteristics of pressure resistance,tensile resistance and rat prevention.Branch emergency repair prefabricated optical cable consists of outdoor optical cable,branch,indoor tail fiber branch and optical fiber active connectors,which can realize outdoor optical fiber communication requirements in long distance,complex environment,harsh conditions,plug and play,convenient,fast,safe and reliable.
