根际微生物与植物互作研究文献计量分析

摘要 为了解近30 a来根际微生物与植物互作的研究进展,以Web of Science核心数据库为基础资料,搜索1991年1月—2021年8月期间相关研究文献,从整体发文量、高产国家、机构、核心作者、高频关键词、热点主题、来源期刊7个方向进行计量分析。结果表明:2017年后总发文量处于高速发展期,发文量前5位的国家依次为中国、美国、德国、法国、印度,而影响力前5位的国家为德国、美国、法国、中国、西班牙,中国发文量最高但对本领域影响度却不高;高产研究机构前3位分别为中国科学院、西班牙国家研究委员会与哥廷根大学;Yakovkuzyakov(哥廷根大学)、R Azcon(西班牙国家研究委员会)和林文雄(福建农林大学)属于领域研究前3位的高产作者;“根际”“多样性”及“土壤”为高频关键词,“共生网络关系”研究是近年来热点主题;从发文量与被引频次综合分析表明:Plant and Soil、Soil Biology&Biochemistry、Fems Microbiology Ecology这3本刊物为该领域内主要期刊。 In order to reveal the research progress of the interaction between rhizosphere microorganisms and plants in the past 30 years,based on the core database of Web of Science,the related literature from January 1991 to August 2021 was searched.Bibliometric analysis was carried out from seven aspects:overall publication volume,high-yielding countries,institutions,core authors,high-frequency keywords,hot topics and source journals.The results show that the total number of articles is in a period of rapid development after 2017.In terms of the number of articles published,the top five countries are China,the United States,Germany,France and India,respectively,but in terms of influence,the top five countries are Germany,the United States,France,China and Spain.The number of articles published by China is the highest,however these articles dosen’t have much influence in this field.Chinese Academy of Sciences,Spanish National Research Council and University of Gottingen are the top three high-yielding research institutions.Yakov Kuzyakov(University of Gottingen),R Azcon(Spainish National Research Council)and LIN Wen-xiong(Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University)are the top three prolific authors in the field research."Rhizosphere","diversity"and"soil"are the high frequency keywords,and"symbiotic network relationship"is a hot topic in recent years.Plant and Soil,Soil Biology&Biochemistry,Fems Microbiology Ecology are the main journals in this field according to their publication quantity and citation frequency.
