摘要
目的 分析为肺炎患儿提供个性化护理干预对治疗效果的影响。方法 随机选择该院2020年1月—2021年6月收治的70例肺炎患儿为研究对象,分为研究组与对照组,各35例,对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以个性化护理,对比两组患儿的护理干预效果、治疗相关时长、复发率。结果 研究组患儿的护理干预总有效率为97.14%,总复发率为2.86%,退烧、痰清除、咳嗽清除及住院时间分别为(3.32±0.62)、(5.31±1.82)、(15.68±4.84)、(24.65±7.86)h均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.081、10.057,t=11.283、7.051、3.527、3.753,P<0.05)。结论 给予肺炎患儿应用个性化护理干预,可以使患儿的护理效果提升、复发率降低、各项情况改善的时间缩短,患儿的住院时间也就可以相应缩短,所以该护理模式在肺炎患儿的治疗中应用,有利于保障患儿的健康成长。
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with pneumonia in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects,and divided into the study group and the control group with 35 children in each,the control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given personalized nursing on the basis of the control group,and the effect of nursing intervention,treatment-related duration and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the nursing intervention was 97.14%,the total recurrence rate was 2.86%,and the fever reduction,sputum clearance,cough clearance,and hospital stay were(3.32±0.62) h,(5.31±1.82) h,(15.68±4.84) h,(24.65±7.86) h,better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=5.081,10.057,t=11.283,7.051,3.527,3.753,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing intervention to children with pneumonia can improve the nursing effect,reduce the recurrence rate shorten the time for improvement of various conditions,and shorten the hospitalization time of children.Therefore this nursing model is suitable for pneumonia patients.The application in the treatment of children is conducive to ensuring the healthy growth of children.
