摘要
多样建筑工作室主持建筑师尹毓俊梳理了团队近年来未建成的项目,提出“个体关怀与集体对抗”、“弱者社群与公共利益”、“机构与大众”等七组关键词,充分回应城市再生的命题。在设计过程中,多样建筑工作室团队尝试利用设计手段“抵抗”标准化居住空间,回应社会个体居住权利诉求;通过建筑空间规划平衡城市更新过程中开发商、弱者社群等不同主体间的利益关系,形成复合更新机制;以建筑为媒介进行“日常”与“奇观”之间的相互转化,挑战标准化、制式化的基础设施和城市形态,帮助政府等运营机构破解“体制约束”;通过深双等文化事件进行设计价值观输出,并最终激活和影响城市再生实验等多种方法。
Atelier Alternative Architecture host architect YIN YUJUN has analyzed projects they designed that were unbuilt in recent years.Based on the analysis,the team proposes seven key issues,which are“Individual care VS Collective confrontation,”“Vulnerable community VS Majority benefits,”“Institutions VS the Public,”etc.,to respond to the title of Urban Regeneration fully.During the design process,Atelier Alternative Architecture tried multiple methods.By using design strategies to“resist”standard residential space and respond to the demands of individual living rights in the society.Balance the benefits between different subjects,such as developers and vulnerable communities,through spatial planning during the process of urban renewal to form a composite renewal mechanism.Third,challenge the standardized infrastructure and urban form through the mutual transformation between“normal”and“spectacle,”which use architecture as a medium,in order to help the government and other operating agencies to deconstruct“structural constraint”in the society.Finally,cultural events like the Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture can help spread out design values and eventually activate and influence the experiment of urban regeneration.

尹毓俊,Atelier Alternative Architecture工作室主持建筑师,毕业于哈佛大学设计学院,建筑学及景观建筑学双硕士,雪城大学访问教授,现任教于香港大学建筑学院及哈工大深圳分校建筑学院。2017及2019年深港建筑城市双城双年展总策展人(光明展场)。研究和实践集中在复杂社会背景和城市环境中,建筑如何作为空间手段介入并影响城市环境,创造出积极的公共空间和城市生活。主要代表作品为深圳湾生态科技城,江门甘化厂改造,松枫下儿童营地等。多次参与2015年深港双年展主题馆-青年建筑师集群展柏林中国建筑展,2016年前海公共艺术季,泰康空间“建筑问题”展等国际性展览。曾在《Harvard Platform》,《DOMUS》,《时代建筑》等杂志发表建筑评论。
